JPEX 2025
JPEX 2025 was ours from the floor plan up. We designed and built the main stage and torii set, rigged the lighting and LED, ran sound, called the show and managed the exhibitor floor across the weekend. Cosplay competitions, live taiko and artist alley all ran to our schedule, with our own crew on console and on the floor.

JPEX 2026 built on the format we set in 2025: a main stage running live performance and competitions, an exhibitor floor and an artist alley. Everything was designed, built and run in-house, so partners dealt with one team from the first conversation through to load out.
